Hey Queen,

If you’ve ever felt the rhythm of life pulling you toward something greater—something deeper—then you already know a piece of my story. Music has always been my way of speaking, of healing, of worshiping. It’s been my refuge and my rejoicing. From the very first time I stood in front of a microphone as a little girl in my father’s church to the moment I stepped onto a stage, feeling the lights and the energy of a crowd, I knew this was my calling.

I come from Flint, Michigan, a place where resilience runs deep, and faith is a lifeline. My journey in music started in Detroit, where I recorded my first song and truly began to shape my artistry. That’s where I met my first mentor, worked with dancers, and learned that music was more than just melodies—it was movement, connection, and storytelling. The soul of Motown is in me, but so is the unshakable foundation of gospel.

I’ve walked many paths in music—starting in R&B, opening for incredible artists like J. Cole and Jeremih, only to realize that my true purpose was always in gospel. Not the traditional kind, but something fresh, something bold. I call it gospel soul—a fusion of pop, R&B, and even EDM influences that invites you to dance, to worship, and to celebrate. My music is for the sister who needs light, who craves something real—something that speaks to both the struggle and the victory.

Mentorship has played a huge role in my journey, and I’ve been blessed to learn from legends like Ready for the World, who saw my passion and sharpened my skills as a songwriter. Writing has always been my superpower, my way of pouring truth into lyrics that inspire, challenge, and uplift. Whether it’s through my music or my Sincerelydeg brand, my mission remains the same: to empower, to uplift, and to remind every sister out there that she is powerful beyond measure.

Every song I write, every note I sing, carries a piece of my heart and a message of faith. My 2023 EP, Graceful Transitions, was one of my most personal projects, a testament to the seasons of change, growth, and grace that have shaped me. Songs like Beautiful, Tell Somebody, and Is It True are more than just music—they are reminders of the hope we hold onto when life feels uncertain.

So, here I am, sister, inviting you on this journey with me. A journey of faith, music, and purpose.
I pray my songs bring you joy, strength, and a little more light in your world. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about music—it’s about ministry. It’s about creating something that moves hearts, shifts atmospheres, and leads us closer to the One who gave us this gift in the first place.

Sincerely,

Best of Me
