Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, may not be available for immediate delivery.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products
or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. A refund will be rewarded if an order is unsuccessful.

Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges

All prices include charges for shipping and handling, if delivered to customers within the United States or international. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Please email for additional information.

Sales Tax

Sincerelydeg.com honors each state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, determined by the destination address of your shipment. As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be included in your merchandise value. Additionally, order totals at checkout reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your payment method will reflect all applicable state, local and county taxes and will be calculated once your order is processed.

At Sincerelydeg and DEG Fitness, we strive to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience and are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please take a moment to review our shipping and returns policy:

Shipping:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • During the holiday season, shipping times may take 7-14 business days due to high demand.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped to keep you updated on its progress.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns. However, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, so if you receive a defective, broken, or damaged item upon arrival, please follow these steps:

    1. Take a photo of the damaged item.

    2. Ensure that the item has its tags still attached and is unworn (no residue or visible signs of use).

    3. Contact our customer service team with the photo within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If the item meets the criteria, we will either exchange it or offer you store credit.

Fitness Plans & Sessions:

  • Fitness plans and sessions, including any kits (such as a 3-month commitment plan), are final sale.

  • These items are non-refundable due to client retention and schedule consistency requirements.

Beauty Products:

  • For health and safety reasons, beauty products are non-refundable.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and are the perfect way to give the gift of choice.
